Douglas has personally managed hundreds of assets all over the US since entering the real estate and mortgage field back in 2008. He knows well enough how much benefit networking brings to the table and he makes sure future homeowners are getting the best deals always. He is a licensed realtor in the state of California and uses the newest up to date technology to up his skills to the next level and achieve great success in the industry. Like Jeff, Doug has been able to apply the skills and knowledge he has gained over the years to make NCR the best available option for families seeking homeownership. This creates the most affordable rent to own program that hundreds of homeowners across the US have trusted for many years.

Kris has worked in several roles within the real estate industry over many years. She has gained knowledge on how to help the company as well as clients reach their goals in certain timeframes. She has gained much skills over the years that has been highly beneficial such as negotiation skills, financial analysis skills, communication skills, etc. This continuous learning keeps her up to date on the latest trends, laws and regulations so homeowners can be more at ease working with NCR's affordable homeownership program. She enjoys her opportunity here at NCR as an Asset Manager to help people become homeowners, especially for their first time through our Rent to Own program.

Somalia is a motivated Asset Manager that has previous experience as a Real Estate agent. With all this knowledge handy, she provides the best options possible for homeowners before they begin their journey. She is driven by providing the best customer service possible and walking aspiring buyers through each detail of our Rent to Own program. he makes sure all questions are answered fully so clients can feel comfortable going into our affordable program to homeownership. She enjoys the ability to help families achieve their goals of owning a home and takes pride in her follow ups and ensuring a smooth process from start to finish.

Shannon is an established Realtor in San Diego, California. After graduating from the University of California back in 2009, she created Shannanigans Concierge Services. During that time, she provided executive and consulting services for her clients. This led her to become a mastermind in working hand and hand with clients needs and prompt solutions. She also handled marketing, sales, data analysis, social media and organizing events for one of her clients- a local realtor. Shannon is very passionate about helping people achieve their homeownership. She relates to her clients and supports them by making them feel confident and comfortable with the rent to own process.

Kevin has 5+ years of experience working in property management and real estate. He has gained much knowledge on how to work directly with clients to find prompt answers to their problems. During his real estate journey he has become proficient in communication, financials, development and operations. He joined the NCR team back in 2019 as the Operations Manager and works with all departments to create and optimize company processes to ensure that NCR is running smoothly and efficiently. This helps homeowners stay accurately updated with their dream homes.

Dallis is driven by helping families achieve their goals every single day. She joined the NCR team back in 2020 as an Assistant to the Operations Manager. From her growing expertise in the real estate industry, She has exceeded in helping homeowners stay in touch with our NCR family to make sure their homeownership is very much at ease with any questions that may arise. Dallis graduated from Brigham Young University-Hawaii in 2020 with a degree in Business Management. She has several years of experience in Marketing and Business with growing expertise in more fields as she continues her journey here at NCR. She works hard to keep families informed with our work at NCR with insights on how homeowners can save money each season while in their homeownership journey.

Renata has many years of experience working with clients and conflict resolutions. She knows very well what a stressful situation can do to ones mind and health, so she is very fast in solving problems that may arise with simple solutions to move forward with. She joined the team back in 2021 and has been leading her way here at NCR. She is an Accounts Payable Specialist and Admin Support with high knowledge and skills to support her work. She recently graduated from Cal State Dominquez Hills in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing Management. She works diligently to keep accurate accounts so that your families can stay happy and up to date with information.

Yvette has worked in the consulting, client relations and collections industry for over 20 years. Her title as CAA Specialist includes several roles here at NCR. With her prior work experience, she strives to assist families in their goal in becoming a home owner through precise payment solutions and resolutions. Open communication and assistance is key to Yvette with our RTO program. She works hand in hand with our rent to own clients to ensure they have no hassle at all while making their home theirs.

 Natalie works in our Acquisitions Department here at NCR. She has several years of experience with data entry and brings a "can do" attitude to the team. She assists our Acquisitions Manager to acquire more properties for families like you to become future homeowners. Her position here at NCR is very vital to keep our rent to own program up and running, so huge thanks to her for bringing in more homes for you to become a homeowner with us at NCR!

Trish has worked in the Customer service and sales field for 10+ years. She also has worked extensively in the Auto field as an Auto Broker the last two years.
She joined our team back in 2022 and really loves helping people achieve their dreams and goals. Trish is passionate about helping people become homeowners through our Rent to Own program. She knows well enough the stress of major requirements to becoming a homeowner, so she makes it easier to be in your dream home quick! All she asks for is honesty and transparency during the process since she is welcoming you to our NCR family!

Deseeray is an Operations Assistant at NCR. Ms. Diaz was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Intelligence. She discovered her passion for Real Estate through her college years. She has always been passionate about helping others while solving real-world problems. Over the years, Ms. Diaz has built a strong reputation as an honest and reliable person for truly caring about client needs. She is very grateful to be apart of our thriving NCR family which helps change lives throughout the United States!
